Procurement of Goods & Services on Rate Contract Basis for Operation, Maintenance and Repair for Financial Year 2026-27 in Khairpur Tubewell Division

Items being procured include a comprehensive list of pump parts such as top shafts, nuts, column shafts with protective sleeves, threaded couplings, stuffing boxes, gland covers, rubber bearing bushes, pump shafts, discharge pieces, intermediate pieces, suction pieces, sand guards, bearing sockets, column pipes, PVC suction and delivery pipes, rubber packing rings, spiders, bronze impellers, gland dori, gravel from Cambalpur Quarry, and repair services for various tubewell components. Additionally, electric motor parts for various horsepower ratings, panel parts, 11 KVA conductor line components, repair and maintenance of transformers ranging from 25 KVA to 400 KVA, government vehicle parts for Toyota Hilux Pickup and PotoHar Jeep, and procurement of uniforms, machinery, equipment, and miscellaneous items such as solar fans, generators, laptops, office furniture, cement, bricks, and cleaning materials are included. The technical scope covers supply and repair of mechanical and electrical components essential for the operation and maintenance of water supply infrastructure and government vehicles. Bidders must comply with the Sindh Public Procurement Ordinance and World Bank Standard Bidding Documents.
