Provision of Revolving Chairs and Rostrum at KIWI Bannu

The Kalam Bibi International Women Institute Bannu is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of revolving chairs and rostrum to be delivered at KIWI Bannu. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - 50 Computer Revolving Chairs - 30 Rostrum Free Standing Lecterns The revolving chairs feature mid-back design with built-in lumbar support, high-density foam cushions, breathable mesh backs, 5-star nylon plastic bases with dual wheel casters, 360° swivel and tilt functions, pneumatic height adjustment supporting up to 110 kg, and imported quality materials. The rostrum is constructed from high-quality seasoned acacia wood with imported red oak veneer pressed on high-density fiberboard, solid acacia wood base border, imported polish and lacquer, and includes a grommet on top. Dimensions are 46"H x 22"W x 20"D. Suppliers must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Constructor's Category C-6 or above, registered with FBR for income tax and sales tax, and not blacklisted by any government or semi-government body. Financial statements audited by a chartered accountant for the last three years are required. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the Registrar, Bannu Township, Bannu before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM.
