Cleaning of Residential Colony I & II Area Roads, Streets and Lawns at TPS Colony Muzaffargarh

Northern Power Generation Company Limited (NPGCL) invites sealed bids from qualified contractors/agencies for the cleaning of Residential Colony I & II area roads, streets, and lawns at TPS Colony Muzaffargarh. The scope includes cleaning of gutters and sewerage lines, collecting waste material, and shifting it outside the colony area by deploying tractor trolley and labor for streets, roads, pavements, and dust bins. Items being procured: - Cleaning of Residential Colony I & II area roads - Cleaning of streets and lawns - Cleaning of gutter and sewerage lines - Collecting waste material - Shifting waste outside colony area using tractor trolley - Labor for cleaning streets, roads, pavements, and dust bins The work is to be carried out at TPS Colony Muzaffargarh under the management of Northern Power Generation Company Limited, a public limited company established to manage thermal power stations owned by WAPDA. Bidders must have the capability to provide the required cleaning services as per the detailed terms and conditions available on the EPADS portal. Eligibility requires registration on EPADS 2.0 and submission of a bid security (CDR) of Rs. 300,000 in favor of NPGCL (GENCO-III). The bid must be uploaded on EPADS 2.0 by 02.11.2026 at 1130 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1200 hours in the office of Manager (Supply Chain) TPS Muzaffargarh. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules 2026. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Ensure the bid security is in the correct shape of Pay Order/CDR and all required documents are submitted before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
