The firm must assign a minimum of three trained cleaning staff on a full-time basis, all in proper uniform with ID badges. Services must be performed daily before office hours and during lunch breaks, with periodic deep cleaning such as carpet shampooing and window washing conducted monthly or as directed. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant local authorities, compliance with applicable laws, proven experience in providing quality cleaning services to embassies or similar organizations, adequate financial capability, and well-trained personnel. Health and safety compliance is mandatory, including staff training on chemical handling and safety procedures. The contractor must implement a quality assurance system with routine supervision, reporting, and feedback. The Embassy reserves the right to request staff replacement or adjust service delivery as needed. The contract duration is one year initially, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
