The Embassy of Pakistan in Baku invites sealed bids from reputable companies to provide daily cleaning services for its Chancery Building and the Information & Commerce Wings. Items being procured: - Daily cleaning services for Chancery Building - Daily cleaning services for Information & Commerce Wings The scope includes maintaining cleanliness with adequate cleaning equipment and well-trained personnel to ensure a high standard of hygiene and upkeep. The service provider must have proven experience in delivering quality cleaning services to Embassies or similar organizations and demonstrate adequate financial capability. Eligibility criteria require registration with relevant authorities and compliance with applicable laws. Bidding documents are available from the Embassy during office hours from 20 to 27 August 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted by 1100 hours on 16 September 2026. Bid opening will take place at the Embassy on 16 September 2026 at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder following thorough evaluation in accordance with PPRA rules.
