Clearance of Snowfall and Obstruction Removal on Roads in C&W Highway Division Abbottabad

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible firms and contractors to submit electronic bids on EPADS for clearance of snowfall and removal of obstructions from all roads under the jurisdiction of C&W Highway Division Abbottabad. Items being procured: - Clearance of snowfall and obstructions at Thandiani Section (Estimated Cost Rs. 5.00 Million) - Clearance of snowfall and obstructions at Nathiagali Section (Estimated Cost Rs. 6.00 Million) - Clearance of snowfall and obstructions at Changlagali Section (Estimated Cost Rs. 5.00 Million) The technical scope requires contractors to provide machinery including pay dozers, salt spreading jeeps, and 4x4 tractors at the specified locations. The contractor must maintain readiness to mobilize immediately upon reporting of blockages and ensure roads remain open with full formation width for vehicular traffic. The contract period is eight months from November 2026 to June 2027. Eligibility criteria include registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Finance Act 2013, submission of bid security in the form of CDR, and compliance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS before the deadline. The last date for submission of e-bids is 10th November 2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Abbottabad.
