Construction of Tower Pile Foundations (15-Degree) with Erection & Stringing of 132KV Transmission Line for 132KV Grid Station Shrimp Estate (Deposit Work)

The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites sealed bids for the construction of Tower Pile Foundations (15-Degree) along with erection and stringing of a 132KV transmission line for the 132KV Grid Station Shrimp Estate in Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Construction of Tower Foundations (15-Degree) including excavation, cement concrete, reinforced cement concrete, and supply/fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement - Erection of ZM-1 Type Towers (3 units), ZM-30 Type Tower (1 unit), and ZM-60 Type Towers (2 units) including transportation, welding, and painting - Stringing work of ACSR Lynx conductor (6 wires) and 1 shield wire (9mm sq) over 0.8 KM including pave out, sagging, dead ending, jointing, clipping, jumpering, installation of droppers and S.B. Dampers, scaffolding, and tree cutting up to specified limits The technical scope includes all civil works for tower foundations, structural erection of towers as per WAPDA/FESCO standards, and stringing of conductors with all associated accessories and site preparation. The site is located at the 132KV Grid Station near Agriculture University, Faisalabad. Eligible bidders must have PEC registration for 2026-27 with C-6 category and codes CE-10, CE-02 & EE-05. They must demonstrate experience with at least two similar contracts of 40% completion awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs within the last 10 years. Active NTN, PRA registration, FBR returns for the last 3 years, and a bank statement showing 10% of BOQ amount are required. A bid security of 5% of BOQ amount is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, November 16, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM on EPADS.
