Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) Karachi invites bids for services related to collection processing, stub management, and reconciliation of KW&SC bills. The vendor must submit daily consumer-wise collection records, maintain audit trails, ensure confidentiality and integrity of data, and provide periodic reconciliation and exception reports. The contract duration is one year with a detailed implementation plan to be submitted including milestones and deliverables. The vendor must support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reconciliation exercises and audits. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with SECP and Companies Registrar, active registration with FBR and SRB, and inclusion on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The firm must have submitted income tax returns and financial audit reports for the last three years showing an average annual turnover of at least PKR 30 million. Technical qualifications require experience of at least three similar services in the last three years, including one with a utility organization, and at least one assignment valued at PKR 25 million. Completion certificates must be provided. The tender fee is PKR 10,000 and bid security is 2% of the proposal price.
