Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites bids for the hiring of a Retainer Doctor for the OPD Clinic located in Badin, Hyderabad Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to secure qualified medical services to support the health needs of the region. Items being procured:
- Hiring of Retainer Doctor for OPD Clinic in Badin (Hyderabad) Region, 12 doctors per month, total 1296 units as per BOQ.
The scope of work includes provision of non-consultancy medical services by qualified doctors on a retainer basis to ensure continuous healthcare support at the OPD clinic. The contract will be awarded on a complete package basis under a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and comply with all requirements including submission of bid security in the form of a pay order or demand draft amounting to Rs. 1,296 in favor of SSGC. Bidders must also meet all eligibility criteria including valid FBR registration and PEC certification if applicable.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The contract will require a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price in the form of pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee.
