Tender Description
Bahria University Head Office Islamabad invites sealed bids on EPADs only for the procurement of a New Colour Printer HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M725 for the Degree Section, Exams Directorate (BUHO), located at E-8 Islamabad. This procurement is open to GST registered firms and suppliers. Items being procured:
- New Colour Printer HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M725 (quantity 01)
The technical specifications for the printer can be downloaded from the PPRA website or obtained directly from the office upon request. The procurement involves supply of a high-quality colour laser printer suitable for enterprise use, ensuring reliable performance for exam-related printing tasks. The printer must meet the detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents.
Interested bidders must submit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 by Pay Order/DD in favor of Bahria University Islamabad. The bidding process follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Sealed bids must reach the Office of DD Procurement, Room No. 15, Basement Quaid Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad by 27 July 2026 at 1100 hrs. The hard copy of the uploaded document and original bid security of Rs. 165,000 must be deposited before the closing date. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
