Framework Contracts for Bio-Medical Gases, Pathology Kits, X-Ray Films, Printing Material, Stationery, General Store Items, and IT Equipment at THQ Hospital Depalpur

The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Depalpur invites e-procurement bids from reputed companies, firms, authorized distributors, and experienced suppliers registered with N.T.N and G.S.T (where applicable) for Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Bio-Medical Gases - Framework Contract of Pathology Kits & Lab Items - Framework Contract of X-Ray Films & Cassettes - Framework Contract of Printing Material - Framework Contract of Stationery Items - Framework Contract of General Store Items, Bio-Medical & Non-Bio-Medical Equipment - Framework Contract of IT Equipment & Accessories The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement system at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. Bidders must register on the E-Procurement System to participate and access bidding documents. Bidding documents contain detailed terms and conditions and can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement portal or PPRA website. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for 180 days. Bids must be submitted along with the bid security in the form of Bank Draft/CDR, or the bidder will be disqualified. The last date for submission of bids is 01 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids received after this time will be rejected. The tender opening will be held on 01 October 2026 at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). All eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document may participate. Bidders must quote rates for all items in any lot they participate in; partial bids will be rejected without any gradience. No negotiations are expected, and taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to disqualify any supplier or contractor if false or incomplete information is submitted and to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA rules. The entire tender process will be completed according to PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
