Supply of Commercial Kitchen Equipment for MLC Club Malir Cantt

Cantonment Board Malir, located in Karachi, is inviting sealed bids for the supply of commercial kitchen equipment for the MLC Club at Malir Cantt. This procurement is being conducted under the single stage two envelope procedure as per Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004. Only suppliers, contractors, wholesalers, original equipment manufacturers, or authorized dealers who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Supply of Commercial Kitchen Equipment at MLC Club, Malir Cantt (Estimated cost: PKR 3.850 Million) The scope of supply includes all necessary commercial kitchen equipment as per the detailed terms, conditions, and specifications available in the bidding documents. Interested bidders can obtain the complete set of bidding documents from the Office of the Cantonment Board Malir, Boston Lines, Malir Cantt, Karachi during office hours on any working day. The price of the bidding documents is PKR 1,000. Bidders must submit a Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the bid price in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of Cantonment Board Malir. This amount is refundable in case the tender is not accepted. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted to the Office of the Cantonment Board Malir, Boston Lines, Malir Cantt, Karachi on or before 24th August, 2026 at 11:00 am. The envelope marked TECHNICAL PROPOSAL will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. Financial proposals of technically accepted bids will be opened on 31st August, 2026 at 12:00 pm.
