Supply of Commercial Kitchen Equipment at MLC Club Malir Cantt

Cantonment Board Malir, located at Bostan Lines, Malir Cantt, Karachi, is inviting sealed bids for the supply of commercial kitchen equipment for the MLC Club. This procurement is being conducted under the single stage two envelope procedure as per Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004. Only suppliers, contractors, wholesalers, original equipment manufacturers, or authorized dealers who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Supply of Commercial Kitchen Equipment at MLC Club, Malir Cantt (Estimated cost: 3.850 million PKR) The scope of supply includes all necessary commercial kitchen equipment as per the detailed specifications and terms provided in the bidding documents. Interested bidders can collect the bidding documents from the Office of the Cantonment Board Malir during working hours for a fee of Rs. 1,000. Bid Security amounting to 5% of the bid price must be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of Cantonment Board Malir. This security is refundable in case of tender rejection. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted to the Office of the Cantonment Board Malir, Bostan Lines, Malir Cantt, Karachi, no later than 24th August, 2026 at 11:00 am. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am, while financial proposals of technically accepted bids will be opened on 31st August, 2026 at 12:00 pm.
