Hiring of Commercial Shops on Lease at GPA Commercial Centre Gwadar

Gwadar Port Authority under the Ministry of Maritime Affairs invites bids for the hiring on lease of twenty-seven commercial shops located at the GPA Commercial Centre on Ustad Abdul Majeed Gwadari Road, Gwadar. This brand-new Ground Plus One (G+1) storey building offers 27 shops with ample vehicle parking and is ready for immediate occupation. The lease is for a period of one year with a 10% annual escalation and preference is given to female applicants for shops on the first floor. Bidders must submit separate sealed bids and Earnest Money for each shop they wish to apply for. The bidding process follows the Single Stage — Single Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a). Sub-letting, structural alterations, and unauthorized signage are prohibited without prior approval. Eligible bidders include Pakistani nationals, firms, and companies with valid CNIC and NTN where applicable. Female nationals aged 18 and above are especially encouraged to participate. Bids must be submitted by 15th June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the GPA Facilitation Center, GPA Housing Complex, Gwadar. Late submissions will be rejected.
