Complete NVRO Signage Removal, Transportation and Installation for Faisalabad and Multan Divisions

This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake the complete removal, transportation, and installation of NVRO signage for the Faisalabad and Multan Divisions under the Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO). Items being procured: - Complete fascia signage removal for NVROs (16 sites) - Supply and installation of blue bar (2300 feet) - Installation of new holder sheets and wiring - Removal and re-installation of lights (16 sites) - Removal and installation of other signage (nameplates, wall logos, spreaders, IN & OUT signs, tyre shop signs, carwash/autocare signs, tank and office area signs) (8 sites) - Complete shop stop signage removal, transportation, and installation (7 sites) - Signage and graphics work including vinyl pasting and printing (1300 units) The technical scope includes repairing and welding MS structures with red oxide primer and white oil paint, routing and installing ACM sheets, electrical wiring with certified electricians, and adherence to PSO's HSE policies including JHAs and safety measures. The contractor is responsible for housekeeping, debris removal, and ensuring safety of staff and customers during work. All tools and equipment must be maintained and certified where applicable. Eligibility requires compliance with PSO standards, certified electricians for electrical works, and adherence to SOP dated 19-10-2020.
