The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 and a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required. The tender documents can be obtained upon submission of a written request on company letterhead along with CNIC copy and payment of the non-refundable tender fee via pay order in favor of the Divisional Forest Officer Afforestation Division Larkana. Documents must be submitted separately on EPADS and physically at the office before the deadline. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) up to June 2027 in the relevant category, registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), experience of similar works executed in the last five years with minimum cost thresholds, and financial turnover requirements.
