Contractors must have relevant experience and PEC registration to qualify. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience and credentials. Contractors are required to certify no litigation with government departments and must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Contractors on approved MES lists in categories B, C, and D with relevant experience are eligible.
