Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the complete supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of EV chargers. Items being procured: - Complete Supply of EV Chargers - Installation of EV Chargers - Testing of EV Chargers - Commissioning of EV Chargers - Maintenance of EV Chargers The scope includes provision of all materials, equipment, and services necessary for the full operational readiness of EV charging stations. The work will be executed at designated sites in Karachi. Bidders must have relevant PEC categories and valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest Money and bid security requirements apply as per tender documents. Bid documents can be collected through the SAP Ariba portal from 27.08.2026 to 28.09.2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically via SAP Ariba by 28.09.2026 till 02:15 PM. The technical bid opening will be held on 28.09.2026 at 03:00 PM. The commercial bid opening date and time will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders.
