Conservancy Services Contract for Commander 14th Destroyer Squadron at JNB Ormara

The Pakistan Navy, Commander 14th Destroyer Squadron at JNB Ormara, Balochistan, invites quotations from reputed contractors and transporters experienced in providing Conservancy Services. These services must be registered with GST and Professional Tax for Conservancy Services as per PPRA Rules 2004. Priority will be given to firms already working with Defence Organizations or those holding a defence experience certificate. Items being procured: - Conservancy Services Contract at Commander 14th Destroyer Squadron, JNB Ormara Tender documents can be obtained upon payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) during working hours (0900 to 1300 Hrs) within 15 days of advertisement publication from the Store Office at COMDESRON-14 Base, JNB Ormara, Balochistan or DESRON-14 Camp Office at PN Dockyard Karachi. A 2% bid money must be attached with the proposal in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft. Quotations must be submitted by 24 September 2026 at 1000 Hrs at COMDESRON-14 Base. Opening of quotations will be on the same day at 1100 Hrs in the presence of all representatives. Shortlisted bidders will be required to obtain security clearance from respective Naval Authorities. All government taxes will be deducted as per rules. This contract involves maintaining cleanliness and conservancy at the naval base, ensuring hygienic and operational standards. Contractors should have relevant experience and valid registrations. Earnest money and timely submission are critical.
