The Executive Engineer College Education Works Division Hyderabad invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal of SPPRA Sindh for the establishment of Govt. College (SDG#4) 2026-27 Programme at Govt. College Masu Bhurgri District Hyderabad. This procurement covers the construction of the Compound Wall, Guard Room, and Under Ground Tank for the college. Items being procured: - Compound Wall - Guard Room - Under Ground Tank The works include excavation, cement concrete, brick work, RCC work, steel reinforcement fabrication, steel grated door fixing, cement plastering, split tiles flooring, surface preparation and painting, and other related civil works as detailed in the Bill of Quantities. The project is to be completed within 20 months. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27 and must be on the active taxpayer list of the Sindh Revenue Board and Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders should have relevant experience, technical staff, equipment, and financial capacity as per the tender requirements. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required. The tender fee is Rs. 3000. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 19-10-2026 at 10:00 A.M. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 A.M. in the office of the Executive Engineer College Education Works Division Hyderabad, Banglow No.204 Behind Beacon House Qasimabad Phase-II Hyderabad.
