Construction of Additional Block and Rehabilitation of Existing Govt. Girls College Qasimabad Hyderabad (Addition of 3-Class Rooms & G.Lavotry Block)

The Executive Engineer College Education Works Division Hyderabad invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal of SPPRA Sindh for the construction of an additional block and rehabilitation of the existing Government Girls College Qasimabad Hyderabad under the SDH#4 2026-27 Programme. This project includes the addition of 3 classrooms and a lavatory block. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Addition of 3-Class Rooms - Lavatory Block The scope of work covers excavation, earthworks, concrete works, brickwork, RCC work, steel reinforcement fabrication, centering, plastering, flooring including marble and tiles, painting, iron grill works, joinery, sanitary fittings, water supply and sanitary installations including W.C. pans, wash basins, showers, floor traps, valves, pipes, manholes, and other related civil and sanitary works as detailed in the bill of quantities. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category CE-10 for the year 2026-27, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on the active taxpayer list (ATL), and submission of relevant financial and technical documents including bank statements showing cash availability of 20% of the estimated cost and 80% yearly turnover. Experience of similar works in the last five years, list of ongoing works, available machinery, and qualified technical staff are also required. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit or Pay Order in favor of the Executive Engineer College Education Works Division Hyderabad is mandatory. Tender fee is Rs. 3000. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal by 19-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer College Education Works Division Hyderabad, Banglow No.204 Behind Beacon House Qasimabad Phase-II Hyderabad. The contract period is 20 months. Performance security of 5% will be recovered from running bills. Conditional and telephonic bids will not be entertained. Joint ventures are not allowed. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
