Establishment of Govt. College Sann Compound Wall, Guard Room & Under Ground Tank

The Executive Engineer College Education Works Division Hyderabad invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal of SPPRA Sindh for the establishment of Govt. College Sann compound wall, guard room, and underground tank under the SDG#4 2026-27 Programme. This procurement is part of the ADP #186 of 2026-27 and includes construction works at the college site located in Jamshoro district, Sindh. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building, bridges & other structures - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1-1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth in cement sand mortar 1:6 - R.C.C. work including labour and material except steel reinforcement - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement Grade-60 - Pacca brick work in other than building - Making & fixing steel grated door with 1/16" thick sheeting - Cement plaster 1:6 and 1:4 up to 12' height - Split tiles flooring and facing - Surface preparation and painting with weather coat and new surface painting The technical scope covers all civil works including excavation, brickwork, concrete, steel reinforcement, plastering, tiling, and painting as per detailed BOQ. The site is located at Govt. College Sann, Jamshoro, Sindh. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category CE-10 for the year 2026-27 and must be on the active taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Bidders should have relevant experience, financial capacity, and technical staff to perform the contract. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit or Pay Order in favor of the Executive Engineer College Education Works Division Hyderabad. Tender fee is Rs. 3000. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal by 19-10-2026 at 10:00 AM.
