Procurement of Computer Stationery and Office Stationery Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Pakistan Military Accounts Department CMA (LC) Lahore Cantt is inviting sealed bids for the supply of computer stationery and office stationery items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted under a closed framework agreement, and only suppliers, manufacturers, or interested parties registered with the Sales Tax department and listed on the active tax payers list (ATL) of FBR are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Computer stationery items (specific list to be provided in tender documents) - Office stationery items (specific list to be provided in tender documents) The detailed breakdown of required items, including quantities and specifications, will be available in the official tender documents, which can be obtained from the PPRA website at www.ppra.gov.pk. Bidders are required to submit samples of the stationery items along with their technical bids. The technical bids will be opened on 27-08-2026 at 02:00 p.m., while the financial bids will be opened on 02-09-2026 at 02:00 p.m. All bids must be addressed to the undersigned and reach the office on or before 27-08-2026 at 01:30 p.m. Bid security at the rate of 5 percent of the bid value (refundable) must be deposited in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt in favour of CMA (LC), Lahore Cantt. The successful bidder will also be required to submit a performance guarantee at the rate of 5 percent of the total value of accepted items, either as a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
