Framework Contract for Procurement of Stationary and Computer Stationary and Other Store Items

The Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab, invites eligible firms to participate in a Framework Contract for the procurement of Stationary, Computer Stationary, and other store items. This procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended till date, using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must submit an E-bid or proposal through the E-Procurement Punjab System before the closing date and time of 19th October 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Items being procured: - Stationary - Computer Stationary - Other store items The bidding documents can be downloaded from the official Health & Population Department website and the E-Procurement Punjab System portal. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted online in complete conformity with the bidding documents. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Manual or hardcopy submissions will not be entertained. This contract requires firms to be registered on the E-Procurement Punjab portal and comply with all technical and financial bid requirements. Earnest Money or Bid Security details are as per the bidding documents. The procurement is managed by the Project Director (HISDU), Health & Population Department, Lahore.
