Tender Description
The Govt Girls Degree College Chanda District Mohmand is procuring computers and allied facilities specifically for their computer lab. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the educational infrastructure in Chanda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, by equipping the college with modern computer technology and related equipment.
The technical scope includes the supply of computers and all necessary allied facilities to fully equip the computer lab. Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, or importers registered with the Income/Sales Tax and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement follows the KP-PPRA Rules 2014 under a single stage two envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial bids.
Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, ATL listing, and submission of bid security at 2% of the quoted value in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD). An affidavit is mandatory in the technical bid confirming the placement of bid security in the financial bid. The successful bidder will also provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the bid amount for the financial year 2025-26.
The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Principal on working days and are also available on EPADS. The complete tender must reach the Principal's office by 10:30 AM on 30-04-2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives.
