Pakistan Navy Dockyard Karachi invites bids for comprehensive uplift and renovation works at PNS MOAWIN as per marine standards. The scope covers multiple renovation areas including washrooms, messes, dining halls, lounges, galley, wardroom, HOD cabins, alleyways, and VIP cabins. Items being procured: - Renovation of 38 washrooms including deck flooring renewal, fresh water piping repair, panel renovation, tube and deck sealing, buffing and polishing of fittings, drain piping repair, bulkhead paneling with powder coating, and washroom locks and doors repair - JR Mess renovation including assembly area flooring, defective cupboard locks replacement, and PVC flooring replacement for 5 messes - JRDH renovation including dining table renovation, premium lamination, dining chairs renovation (75-90 Nos), LED paneling, edge finishing, service area maintenance, cleaning, and lighting system upgrade - POs lounge renovation including dining table renovation, flooring renewal, LED lighting fixtures installation, sofa cushioning, edge finishing, service area maintenance, cleaning, and lighting system upgrade - Galley renovation including cleaning and polishing of SS utensils, cupboards, cabinets, sink units, replacement of handles and hinges, commercial refrigerator repair/replacement, new commercial store and boiler, anti-skid tiles, exhaust system servicing, lighting system installation and upgrade, and general wear and tear repair - Wardroom renovation including wooden flooring with skirting, sofa and dining chairs repair and upholstery, door polishing and refinishing, TV panel repair and polishing, lighting system renovation, painting and coloring of doors and panels, and final wear and tear repair - HODs cabin renovation including wooden flooring, door polishing, sofa renovation, bathroom tiles renovation, and bathroom accessories renewal - Wardroom alleyway renovation including wooden flooring, railing and corian covering, doors and woodwork finishing - VIP cabin renovation including door renovation, polishing, buffing, and washroom accessories replacement - Officer alleyway renovation including floor matting, gunroom ceiling replacement, and lighting works - VIP alleyway renovation including false ceiling and door renovations with polishing and refurbishing The technical scope demands marine standard materials and workmanship across all areas. GST registered firms are required to submit separate technical and commercial offers in sealed envelopes to the General Manager ME (SUR) PN Dockyard Karachi by 1130 hours on 27 November 2026. Tender documents and technical details can be obtained against a tender fee of Rs.5000/- from the GM (ME SUR) office at PN Dockyard Karachi between 0900 and 1400 hours. The tender opening is scheduled for 27 November 2026 at 1200 hours. Eligibility criteria include GST and NTN registration, ISO 9001-2015 certification if available, minimum experience with competitive cost and timely completion, offer validity of at least 6 months, one year warranty after job completion, and acceptance of the procuring agency's right to reject any or all bids without assigning reason.
