Concession for CIP Lounge and Transit Restaurant at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is offering a business opportunity for the concession of the CIP Lounge inside the Main International Departure Terminal and the Conference Transit Room including the Snack Bar at the Domestic and International Departure areas of Jinnah International Airport Karachi. This concession is for a period of five years with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. The concession is a prime opportunity for registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background to operate these facilities at one of Pakistan's busiest airports. Items being procured: - CIP Lounge inside Main International Departure Terminal - Conference Transit Room - Snack Bar at Domestic and International Departure The technical scope includes managing and operating the lounge and transit restaurant facilities at Level VI and other specified areas within the airport. The concessionaire will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and ensuring compliance with airport regulations. The venue for submission and opening of bids is Room No.6035 at Level VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi. Tender documents must be obtained by submitting a written request along with CNIC and NTN certificates and a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Eligibility requires bidders to have 80% weightage in technical evaluation, relevant experience, and a good financial background. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance 2001.
