Configuration, Programming, Installation of Remote Terminal Units and Supply for Duber Khwar Power Station Pattan

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), through the Resident Engineer (O&M) at Duber Khwar Power Station in Pattan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from Original Equipment Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, Suppliers, and Contractors. The procurement is for services related to configuration, programming, and installation of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) for transmitting telecommunication signals to ISMO under the SCADA III project. Additionally, the supply of 2 RTUs for Duber Khwar Power Station is included in this contract. Items being procured: - Configuration of Remote Terminal Units - Programming of Remote Terminal Units - Installation of Remote Terminal Units - Supply of 2 Remote Terminal Units for Duber Khwar Power Station The scope covers electrical procurement and works related to telecommunication signal transmission equipment at the power station site. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for electrical procurement and works is mandatory. The contract will be awarded on a Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P.) basis. The bid security is Rs. 80,000 and bids will remain valid for 60 days. The completion period for the contract is 45 days from the issuance of the purchase or work order. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 17-08-2026 at 10:00 hours, with opening scheduled for 17-08-2026 at 10:30 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. The Resident Engineer (O&M) office at Duber Khwar Power Station, Pattan, will oversee the process.
