Provision of G.I Pipe Railing in Lawn Area at PAA Masjid Hayatabad Peshawar

The Pakistan Airports Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of G.I pipe railing in the lawn area at PAA Masjid located in Hayatabad, Peshawar. Items being procured: - G.I. pipe railing of 2" (50 mm) diameter, vertical posts and horizontal bracing as per design - Wiring for light or fan points with 1.5mm2 single core PVC insulated copper wire in 20 mm uPVC conduit - Wiring for sub-main with 2x2.5 mm2 PVC insulated copper wire in 20 mm uPVC conduit - Providing & fixing 10 Amps polycarbonate flame retardant single pole switches with gang plates - Providing & fixing 10 Amps polycarbonate flame retardant 2-pin switch sockets - Providing & fixing polycarbonate flame retardant click type fan dimmers - Providing & fixing 13 Amps polycarbonate flame retardant 3-pin switch sockets - Providing & installing 140 cm sweep ceiling fans with blades and canopy - Providing, installation, testing & commissioning of recessed/surface mounted ceiling LED lights/downlights 18 watts - Providing/fixing wall mounted/recessed imported PVC distribution box with breakers, voltmeter and indication lamp The scope includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the above electrical and civil works as per specifications and drawings. The contract requires PEC registration in constructor category C-6 or above, active taxpayer status with FBR, valid professional tax certificate, and no blacklisting. The work is to be completed within 30 days from the date of commencement. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by 24 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit or Demand Draft. The contract will be awarded on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis.
