Configuration Testing Commissioning Integration of ABB Industrial Communication Gateway at Khan Khwar Power Station

The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Resident Engineer (O&M) at Khan Khwar Hydel Power Station, Besham, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites qualified bidders for the configuration, testing, commissioning, and integration of ABB make Industrial Communication Gateway System/RTU with the existing DCS. This project is part of the SCADA-III initiative to enable signal data transmission and interfacing of Khan Khwar Power Station with NGC/ISMO on a Fixed Cost System (FCS) basis. Items being procured: - Configuration of ABB Industrial Communication Gateway - Testing of Gateway System/RTU - Commissioning of Gateway System - Integration with existing DCS for signal data transmission The technical scope includes working on-site at Khan Khwar Power Station, ensuring seamless integration of the ABB gateway with the existing Distributed Control System (DCS). The contract duration is 120 days, and the bidder must have relevant experience in SCADA systems and ABB equipment. PEC registration in the appropriate category and valid FBR/ATL registration are mandatory for eligibility. The bid security required is Rs. 270,000 in the form of bank draft, CDR, or pay order from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to the Misc. collection account RE KKHPS A/c No. 0286955031001091. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS V2.0 before the closing deadline of 24th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the conference room of Khan Khwar Power House in the presence of bidders' representatives.
