Construction and Installation of Street Lights and Solar Systems in Quetta

The Energy Department invites eligible bidders for the execution of multiple works under the Balochistan PSDP for the financial year 2026-27 in Quetta city. The projects include construction and installation of street lights and solar power LED street lighting systems at various locations in Quetta. Items being procured: - Construction of street light for Nasarabad PSDP 1851 Z2026.2398 - Installation of solar system for public amenities and masjids in Quetta city PSDP 1805 Z2026.1100 - Installation of street light at Essa Nagri Muslim Town Quetta PSDP 1847 Z2026.2315 - Installation of solar street light at Killi Kechi Baig, Gorrai Killi Sarday Quetta PSDP 1845 Z2026.2313 The scope includes installation of solar power LED street lighting systems, solar hybrid home systems, and conventional street lighting. Bidders must have PEC registration category C-6 or above with relevant specialized codes EE11(i), EE11(ii), EE11(iii), and EE11(vv). Turnover requirements are Rs. 7,000,000 for certain schemes and Rs. 3,500,000 for others, with experience of similar assignments in the last 3 years. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and have Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit.
