Procurement of Conservancy Services, Standby Diesel Generator Set, Hostel Hiring, Office Furniture and Repair at Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar

Lady Reading Hospital - MTI Peshawar is inviting sealed bids from registered firms for the procurement of a range of services and goods for the hospital's operational and infrastructural needs. The procurement process will be conducted through the KPPRA EPADS system, and all interested bidders must be registered with KPPRA EPADS and submit their bids electronically as per the specified deadlines. The hospital is seeking reputable firms with relevant experience and compliance with FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) requirements. Items being procured: - Conservancy Services (Bid Security: Rs. 1,500,000) - Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Standby Diesel Generator Set (Bid Security: 2% of bid amount) - Hiring of Hostel Building (Bid Security: Rs. 500,000) - Office Furniture (Bid Security: Rs. 300,000) - Repair of Office Furniture (Bid Security: Rs. 100,000) The technical scope includes comprehensive conservancy and cleaning services for the hospital premises, provision and commissioning of a standby diesel generator set to ensure uninterrupted power supply, hiring of a suitable hostel building for staff or patient accommodation, procurement of new office furniture, and repair of existing office furniture. Each item or service requires submission of a specified bid security, and the procurement method for most items is Single Stage Two Envelope, except for office furniture and its repair, which follow Single Stage One Envelope. Eligibility criteria include mandatory registration with KPPRA EPADS, submission of non-refundable fees of PKR 5,000 per tender in the designated MCB Bank account, and provision of original CDR/Bank Guarantee as bid security. Bidders must ensure all documents are uploaded to EPADS and that hard copies of CDR and tender fee receipts are submitted to the hospital before the tender opening.
