The projects are to be completed as per work orders issued by the department. Bidders must have valid registration with the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, Pakistan Engineering Council with specialized codes (BC-02), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, and Federal Board of Revenue with active NTN and STRN statuses.
