Items being procured: - Conservation of Durga Niwas Haveli, District Rawalpindi (Cost: Rs. 20.387 Million, Earnest Money: 5% of Estimated Cost, Completion: 30 June 2026, PEC Category: C-6 or above) - Conservation of Krishna Temple, District Rawalpindi (Cost: Rs. 49.750 Million, Earnest Money: 5% of Estimated Cost, Completion: 30 June 2026, PEC Category: C-6 or above) - Conservation of Kalayan Das Temple, District Rawalpindi (Cost: Rs. 76.995 Million, Earnest Money: 5% of Estimated Cost, Completion: 30 June 2026, PEC Category: C-6 or above) - Conservation of Markazi Jamia Masjid Handla, Masjid Road, District Rawalpindi (Cost: Rs. 179.756 Million, Earnest Money: 5% of Estimated Cost, Completion: 30 June 2026, PEC Category: C-4 or above) - Rehabilitation & Upgradation of Iqbal Manzil, Sialkot (Cost: Rs. 12.844 Million, Earnest Money: 5% of Estimated Cost, Completion: 30 June 2026, PEC Category: C-4 or above) The technical and financial bids must be submitted online at ep.punjab.gov.pk by 28 September 2026 at 02:00 PM. The technical bid opening will be on 28 September 2026 at 02:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11 September 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Directorate General of Archaeology, 60-A Garden Town Lahore. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per clause 38 of PPRA rules 2014. Bidders must quote rates against each item in DNT/BOQs and submit complete analysis and summary of each lot. Incomplete or blank bids will be declared non-responsive.
