A Public Sector Organization invites sealed re-tenders from pre-qualified and security-wise cleared Civil Works Contractors for the construction of 220KV Auxiliary Power and Communication cable trench and foundations of outdoor Switchyard Equipments at Chashma. Items being procured: - Construction of 220KV Auxiliary Power and Communication cable trench - Foundations of outdoor Switchyard Equipments The project involves civil works at the outdoor switchyard site in Chashma, requiring experienced contractors with relevant PEC category and valid FBR/ATL registration. A fixed bid security of Rs. 6.5 Million in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan is mandatory. The bid security must have an expiry date at least 6 months from the bid opening date. Tender documents can be obtained during working hours (0900 Hrs to 1600 Hrs) Monday to Friday from the office in Islamabad. Issuance of tender documents closes one day prior to the opening date. Two copies of the BOQ (one original and one photocopy) must be submitted sealed, pre-signed, and stamped with the name of work clearly mentioned on the envelope. Tender submission deadline is 19-10-2026 at 1030 Hrs, with tender opening on the same day at 1100 Hrs. The completion time for the work is 6 months. Tender fee is Rs. 5000/-. Competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance. Tender will not be accepted by post, courier, or telegraphic means.
