Tender Description
Water And Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore invites E-Bids from contractors, firms, manufacturers, or authorized dealers registered on the Punjab E-Procurement system. The procurement concerns the construction of the official residence at FCC Tanki, Gulberg-II WASA Lahore. The tender number is XEN(O&M)/GT/2026-27/22.

The project requires bidders to have PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization in codes CE-09 and CE-10. Bidders must also be registered with FBR, PRA, and hold valid NTN and PNTN, STRN, and clearance certificates from Excise and Taxation office for the financial year 2026-27. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs.147,920, payable in favor of XEN(O&M) Gulberg Town, WASA Lahore.
