The contracts are on an annual framework basis except the M.S board work which is for 60 days. Eligibility requires registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System, compliance with PPRA rules, and submission of digital bid security before the deadline. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price digitally before signing the contract.
