Construction of 3rd Floor on Club and Community Center

The PCSIR Employees Cooperative Housing Society Lahore is inviting sealed bids from PEC-registered firms, contractors, and developers with a minimum of five years experience in RCC frame structure buildings. The procurement is for the construction of the 3rd Floor on the Club and Community Center located at PCSIR ECH Society, Phase-II, Lahore. Items being procured: - Structural works - Finishing works - Electrical works - Sanitary / Plumbing works - LDA Approvals (Consultancy) The scope of work includes comprehensive construction activities covering structural integrity, finishing touches, electrical installations, and sanitary plumbing. Additionally, consultancy services for obtaining Lahore Development Authority approvals are part of the contract. Bidding documents including BOQs and working drawings are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4,000 during office hours (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM) upon written request on the firm's letterhead. Eligible bidders must be PEC-registered with relevant category credentials and have at least five years of experience in RCC frame structure construction. Firms should also be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to 2% of the quoted price. The last date for submission of bids is 18-08-2026 by hand or courier. Bids will be opened on 27-08-2026 at 5:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office address provided. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
