Fabrication of Car and Bike Parking Shed at Faisalabad Depot

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the fabrication and installation of car and bike parking sheds at its Faisalabad Depot. This procurement covers both mechanical and civil works to be completed within 45 working days from the issuance of the service order. Items being procured: - Mechanical Work: Fabrication on site of PVC Tensile Fabric Structure with M.S Pipe, Base Plate, Nut & J-Bolt Round Pipe for internal framing, angular steel wire, aluminum channel, cloth, plate with paint complete. Quantity: 1,584 SQFT. - Car Parking Shed 1: Length 50 Ft, Width 18 Ft, Height 12 Ft. - Bike Parking Shed: Length 20 Ft, Width 18 Ft, Height 12 Ft. - Car Parking Shed 2: Length 18 Ft, Width 18 Ft, Height 12 Ft. - Civil Work: Excavation 25 M3, PCC 1:4:8 concrete 9 M3, RCC 1:2:4 concrete 25 M3, Installation of deformed steel reinforcement 480 KG, Coats of PB4 Hot Bitumen 20 M2, Cement plaster 3/4" thick 30 M2. The mechanical structure includes main column pipes of 6" 10 gauge, main structure pipes of 3" 12 gauge, purlin and connecting pipes of 2.5" 12 gauge, and PVC coated polyester fabric type II (800 GSM) with waterproof, fireproof, windproof, stormproof, and weather resistance properties. The contractor must paint all structures with two coats of red oxide and two layers of enamel as per PSO approved color scheme. Eligibility requires contractors to provide a detailed AutoCAD design within 3-4 days after receiving the purchase order. The contractor is responsible for all safety measures, including providing mandatory and specific PPE to workers, appointing a safety coordinator, and complying with PSO's occupational health and safety standards. Warranty of one year for supply and installation is mandatory, with free services and materials for any defects.
