Tender Description
The Airports Security Force (ASF) Headquarters Q&P Quartering & Projects Branch Karachi is procuring works for the construction of accommodation for ASF personnel at Gilgit Airport, specifically the electrification sub-head. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and involves detailed internal electrification works including wiring for lighting, fans, call bells, sub-main wiring with various cable sizes, installation of distribution boards, circuit breakers, fan clamps, earthing sets, fittings and fixtures, LED lighting, networking for CCTV cameras, IP cameras, NVR systems, smart TVs, surveillance hard drives, and air conditioning units. The project is located in Gilgit, Gilgit-Baltistan, and the scope covers comprehensive electrical installation and commissioning as per Pakistan PWD specifications and approved makes such as Schneider, Philips, and Vivanco.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and PEC in relevant electrical categories EE-04, EE-06, and EE-11, with a minimum financial turnover and experience as specified in the eligibility criteria. Bidders must submit sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 by the submission deadline of June 2, 2026, 11:00 AM.
