Construction of Approach Roads at 03 Nos. 132 kV Grid Stations Bodhomalhi Kot Agha and Pasrur

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites E-Bids from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and having valid/renewed registration for the year 2026-27, along with up-to-date registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Sales Tax on Services and Sales Tax on Purchases, respectively. The bidding will be conducted on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis under the Single Stage – Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure as per PPRA Rules, 2004, as amended. Items being procured: - Construction of approach roads at 03 Nos. 132 kV Grid Stations located at Bodhomalhi, Kot Agha, and Pasrur (Lot-1). The scope includes construction works for approach roads to the specified grid stations. Contractors must be registered with PEC under the relevant category CE-10 and have valid registration/renewal for 2026-27. Tender documents are available from the office of the Executive Engineer, SS&T/L Division, GEPCO, Gujranwala, located at 132 kV G/S Cantt, Near DC Colony, Gujranwala. Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 2% of the BOQ cost is required from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan, payable to the Executive Engineer (SS&T/L) Division, GEPCO, Gujranwala. The successful bidder must submit Performance Security at 10% of the contract price in the form of CDR at contract signing. Contractors must submit registration certificates with PRA and FBR at the time of tender document issuance. Experience of at least one similar work with NTDC, DISCOs, or WAPDA in the last two years is mandatory, supported by relevant work orders. Tender issuance requires submission and verification of original documents. Joint Ventures, Consortiums, or Associations are not allowed. The bid validity period is 120 days.
