Construction and Beautification of Model Streets and Entry Gate in Tank City

The Local Government & Rural Development Department District Tank invites sealed tenders through EPADS for various uplifting and beautification works under MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) / Non MRS as per approved PC-I. These works include infrastructure improvement, monuments, street lights, and green spaces in Southern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Tank city. The procurement is based on Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Items being procured: - Construction/Beautification of Model Streets at Rasheed Ali Khel etc. Mohallah Qutab Colony City-I - Construction/Beautification of Model Streets at near Tariq Burki House etc. City-I - Construction/Beautification of Model Streets at Humayun Abad etc. Razaq Colony - Construction/Beautification of Model Streets at Saidal Itwari Kalai Dosti Koroona UC Garah Baloch - Construction/Beautification of Model Streets at Gul Muhammad Itwari Kalai Dosti Koroona UC Garah Baloch - Construction of Entry Gate Bab-e-Ali, Haji Nasir Jan Langah Gara Baloch (Gate) - Construction of Foot Paths and Waiting Shade near Degree College, and in other different places of Tank City The scope covers civil construction and beautification works including streets, footpaths, gates, and waiting shades in various localities of Tank city. Contractors must be registered with PEC and have valid KPRA registration for the current financial year. Earnest money in the form of call deposit is required as per the bid security amounts listed for each work. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS and also sent in hard copy in sealed envelopes clearly marked as Technical and Financial proposals to the Assistant Director (Sr) LG & RDD Headquarters District Tank by 20th October 2026 at 12:30 PM. Online clarifications are allowed until 13th October 2026 at 5:00 PM. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your technical proposal is properly numbered with a table of contents and avoid any overwriting or mismatching between electronic and hard copy submissions to prevent disqualification. Also, timely registration on EPADS is essential to obtain a unique username and password for bid submission.
