Construction of Protective Band at Mujahid Colony, Jutal, District Gilgit

Bidders must ensure compliance with PEC category requirements and submit all necessary documents including CNIC, bid security in the form of CDR from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, and renewal fee for the current financial year 2026-27. The cost of bidding documents is Rs. 6,000, payable via Treasury Challan. Sealed bids must be delivered to the office of the Deputy Director Water Management & Irrigation Department District Gilgit by 13th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Late bids will not be entertained. Bidders should note that bid securities will be retained until acceptance and refunded thereafter. Any ambiguous or fake information will lead to cancellation and penal action.
