Tender Description
The Public Works Department Balochistan invites sealed percentage tenders based on the composite schedule of rates 2026 for the construction of a black top road from Main Turbat to Konsh Kalat in District Tump. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer-Road, CW, PP&H Department District Tump.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Black Top Road from Main Turbat to Konsh Kalat District Tump (PSDP No. 1323/Z2026.0865)
The procurement will follow BPRA rules 2014. Bidders must be active taxpayers and registered with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Firms must have completed at least one similar assignment and hold valid PEC registration in category C-6 and specialized code CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works and CE01-(i) for Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. The bidder must demonstrate a minimum turnover of Rs. 17,406,053 PKR in the last three financial years.
The bidding method is Single Stage - One Envelope. Tender documents can be obtained upon submission of a non-refundable challan of Rs. 1000/- deposited in Government Treasury/National Bank of Pakistan or downloaded from the BPRA website. Earnest Money of 2% of estimated cost and tender fee of Rs. 1000/- must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call.
The deadline for submission is 14th September 2026 by 12:00 PM. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Bid validity is ninety (90) days.
