Construction of Blacktop Road from Mangolito Jiyaniat District Naseerabad PSDP No. 1494 and Construction of B/T Road from Yaqoob Faqir Dip to Tamboo at District Naseerabad PSDP No. 1428

The Public Works Department (PWD) Balochistan invites electronic bids for the construction of two major road projects in District Naseerabad for the fiscal year 2026. The projects include the construction of a blacktop road from Mangolito to Jiyaniat with PSDP No. 1494 and the construction of a bituminous (B/T) road from Yaqoob Faqir Dip to Tamboo with PSDP No. 1428. Both projects are based on the Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on a percentage basis. Items being procured: - Construction of Blacktop Road from Mangolito to Jiyaniat District Naseerabad PSDP No. 1494 - Construction of B/T Road from Yaqoob Faqir Dip to Tamboo at District Naseerabad PSDP No. 1428 The technical scope requires bidders to have experience in similar road construction works with a minimum PEC category of C-3 or above. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and have completed at least three years of relevant work with a contract value of at least 80% of the estimated cost. Earnest Money in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit Call Receipt (CDR) of 2% of the total estimated cost is mandatory. Affidavits and notarized documents confirming bid information and compliance with Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 must be submitted. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement system at www.bppra.gob.pk by 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer Roads CW, PP&H Department, District Naseerabad. No physical bids will be accepted.
