Emergency Facilities Provision Work at PAF Base Chakala

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for emergency work at the PAF Base Chaklala in accordance with PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004. Contractors must have relevant experience and meet the eligibility criteria including registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and being on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B'. Firms must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation or adverse reports against them from government departments. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors who submit complete credentials. The tender submission deadline is 06 November 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Contractors may attend the opening.
