The Executive Engineer Provincial B&R District Chagi invites eligible bidders for the construction of a blacktop road covering the remaining portion from Talaran to Barabchah in District Chagai. This project is planned for the financial year 2026 and is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of blacktop road remaining portion from Talaran to Barabchah, District Chagai (Length: 4.5 KM) The technical scope involves road construction works including blacktop surfacing over a 4.5 kilometer stretch. The site is located in Chagai district, Balochistan, requiring contractors to have experience in similar road and pavement projects. The project demands adherence to quality standards and timely completion. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 106,336,900 in one previous year.
