Tender Description
The CWPP&H Department District Chagai invites eligible bidders for the construction of the remaining portion of a blacktop road from Talaran to Barabchah, District Chagai, with a length of 4.5 KM. This tender is for the financial year 2026 and is based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured:

The project involves road construction works including pavement, drainage, and retaining structures as per the specialized code CE01-(I). The site is located in Chagai district, Balochistan, and the contract value is approximately **PKR 154,767,000**. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above, with specialization in road and pavements, drainage, and retaining structures. The bidding firm must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Experience requirements include completion of at least two similar projects with a turnover of at least PKR 108,336,900 in one of the previous years, and projects must be at least 80% similar in activities and completed within the last five years.
