Items being procured: - Construction of blacktop road from N-40 to Paste E Ghowankovia Ismaili including execution of remains road and structure works under revised cost as per car 2023. The project involves road and pavement works including drainage and retaining structures. The bidder must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 and above with a specialized code CE01-(i) for Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. The firm must have completed at least 3 projects of similar size and nature with a minimum turnover of Rs. 215,879,280 in the last 1 subsequent year showing financial capacity. Patch work or maintenance work is not acceptable. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or deposit at call of 3% is required.
