The CW, PP&H Department District Chagai invites eligible bidders for execution of various construction and renovation works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of 720RFT Boundary Wall at Cricket Ground Dalbandin District Chagai - Repair / Renovation of GBHS (B/C 06791) Killi Sakhi Dost Jan Notezai Sargeshah - Renovation of GGHS Killi Station Taftan (Bemis 10773) District Chagai - Renovation / Uplifting of GBPS (06760) Zahoor Colony Dalbandin District Chagai - Renovation / Uplifting of GBHS (06736) at Yakmach District Chagai - Renovation / Uplifting of BHU Yakmach District Chagai - Renovation / Uplifting of GGHS (10149) Dawood Abad Dalbandin District Chagai - Construction of 3x Rooms/upgradation of GBPS (06747) Durban Chah including construction of wash rooms District Chagai - Renovation/Uplifting of Football Ground in Dalbandin City District Chagai The scope includes civil construction, renovation, and uplifting works at various educational and health facilities in District Chagai. The works require compliance with PEC C-6 category and specialized code CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Balochistan Revenue Authority, be on the Active Taxpayer List, and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The bidder must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least 70% of the tender cost in the last financial year. Bid security of 2-3% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of 2,000 PKR issuance fee. The tender fee is 2000 PKR in the head of account C-02716. Bids must be submitted by 11 September 2026 during office hours. Tender opening will be on the same day at the office of the undersigned.
